About ISR
The institute of social research (ISR) is a Malawian registered research firm been founded by a youthful scholar. The research firm is registered under business registration act (No. 12 of 2012) and has been entered under the number MBRS1036576 in The Malawi Registration Database.
Mission
Our aim is to promote good governance through rigorous research in Southern Africa. Our research focuses on answering fundamental questions regarding principles of good governance and development interventions for developing countries. We engage with communities in Southern African countries, develop methodological tools, gather data, undertake analyses on major governance issues affecting societies today, and disseminate findings to academics, relevant policy-makers and the communities in which we work
